Dutch Mill Acres is a mixed-use development on 16.2-acres of land consisting of the following: 

(1) 107 total units, which includes 94 townhouse-style units with two mixed-use structures. One of the mixed-use buildings will contain 13 multi-family units.

(2) 12,000 square feet of commercial space situated along Carman Road.

(3) A clubhouse, fitness center, outdoor patio with fire pits, and pet-friendly gathering areas.

(4) 10% of units are designated as workforce housing with reduced rents for local essential workers.

(5) Over 50% of the site is preserved as green space, with 100+ foot setbacks to existing residential properties.

(6) 1,800 feet of new off-site sidewalks on Lone Pine Road to improve pedestrian connectivity.
