DOG LICENSE RENEWALS

  • RE-register your DOG LICENSE here (For renewals with current rabies only). 

  • If your dog's license has expired and you have an updated Rabies Certificate from your veterinarian, email it directly to the Town Clerk, and we will update your dog's file. You can renew your dog's license online 24 hours after we update your dog's rabies certificate.

FEES for paying Dog License, Water, or Tax bills:

  • Credit Card Processing Fee: 2.50% of the total amount due ($1.80 minimum charge)
  • Debit Card Processing Fee: $4 (flat fee - no minimum)
  • Electronic Check (E-Chk) processing fee is $2.00.
  • These are third-party processing fees/surcharges, not Town of Guilderland or Guilderland School District fees.

  • Pay fines online through nCourt and follow the instructions provided.
  • To pay fines by phone, you may call nCourt at 518-805-0622.
  • Only credit cards are accepted (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).

nCourt, a third-party online payment provider, assesses a convenience fee to process your payment. (Please note that neither the municipality nor the court receives any portion of the convenience fee).

Your summons will be paid, and nCourt will forward the information to the Guilderland Town Court. nCourt is a full-service, PCI-compliant e-commerce partner for courts and government agencies.
