Once your attorney or you file your deed down at Albany County Clerk's, the county will upload your deed and send it to us. Our office receives the uploaded deeds between 2 to 4 times a month.

New exemptions are due on March 1st of each year. Renewals are also due March 1st with the exception of Senior Partial Tax Exemption Renewals which are due by Grievance Day.
