Overview
The Zoning Board of Appeals consists of five members appointed by the Town Board. The Zoning Board hears applications for Special Use Permits, Area Variances, Use Variances, and Interpretations of the Zoning Code.
The Zoning Board is scheduled to meet on the first and third Wednesday of each month at 7 pm (see Town Calendar). The meetings are broadcast live on Verizon Fios Channel 34 and Spectrum Channel 1303. You can access video-on-demand recordings of meetings by clicking here. You can also watch playback on the channels listed above on Thursday at 1 pm and Sunday at 7 pm.
